My art is usually a drawing of a cartoon face or a car I cant draw the same thing twice so they all my drawings look different. Art matters because it is something you created that you ether saw or thought of it can tell you a lot about the person who created it. When I draw I usually start with the eyes if I am drawing a face and the windshield if I am drawing a car. I cant pick a specific picture that I want to draw I just draw and sees what happens. My goal is to learn how to shade and draw a more accurate picture/drawing. My thought on my art work is that I am vary limited on what I can draw I don't know a lot about drawing but I feel I can improve.

The page to the left is the first picture we drew in drawing 1. We had to draw 3 cups and show that some of the cups are farther and some are closer. We also had to show the shadow and make the picture look not flat.

The drawing of the tree Is the second drawing we did. We drew the picture as a class. We make the tree branches by scribbling on the perimeter of the branches and the inside of the tree. For shadowing we picked were we wanted the light to be and when we were scribbling we put more pressure on the pencil to for shadowing the branches and for the trunk we made on side of the bark darker then the other so you can show were the light is coming from. In the background you can see the clouds and for the clouds we shaded in the background and then got a erasure that is like clay witch picked up less led then a regular erasure and made the clouds.

In this art project it was all about line quality. The Teacher pick specific items for example all around the items that we had to draw was sting and no can draw the exactly what the string looks like so we had to use line quality to draw the string.

In this drawing we did as a class were we had to draw a cylinder. I struggles with shading and shadowing to make it look like a cylinder.

In this drawing we drew a cup as a class.I felt like I did a decent job I messed up on the shadow it needs to be at more of and angel and it need to be wider. I struggled with the top of the cup and shading it to make it look like it is empty.

In this drawing we picked three items from home a drew them I didn't feel conferrable bring things from home so I chose stuff from class. I picked a coffee mug a vac and a camera I made the camera two big but i thought the rest was pretty good.

The picture of the farm and the room was a class drawing were we learned how to draw pictures were the is a vanishing point.

For this picture we had to pick a picture wee took that has a vanishing point and draw it in the original picture there was a lot more detail but I didn't feel comfortable drawing it.

For this drawing we had to draw a self portrait. Are class learned all the steps in about a week I struggled with drawing ayes and easy because its hard for me to draw something the same twice but I did vary good on making the ayes look similar. I took a risk of drawing my freckles but I was pleased on how they came out.

In this drawing we had to draw a picture with two vanishing points and some sort of human body or body part I drew a car with a race car driver behind it.

In this drawing we had to draw on a grey peace off paper and we used black and white coal. I drew a Porsche I was happy with how the frame of the car came out put I messed up on the size of the wheels.
